“I paint flowers…”: uma styled shoot inspirada

“Marie was wearing a red flower crown that Esther made for this shooting. She made also a boutonnière in the same palette for Romain. They were both simply lovely! Julia, the artist behind the brushes, highlighted her cheeks and painted her lips in red. She tied Marie’s hair in a low bun, to crown her head with red flowers. She was gorgeous… We wanted red floral accessories, something less formal than a bouquet. And Esther helped us to choose the perfect match for the couple.

In the dune, they just walk, laugh, dance… They played with a vintage russian camera (it still works!), tied with a flamingo strap from Parenthèse. There were a lot of people in the dune because it was a sunny weekend, and we had to avoid tourists and families. But it was funny! Will, our dearest photographer behind Mira al Pajarito, suffered an ankle sprain some days before, and I remember looking at his feet and thought: “blue, purple, green… There’s a rainbow in his ankle!”

But he climbed the dune and run through the sand as a feather, like a superhero!

Romain, who played the groom, had an important purpose, to give Marie a very special present: a tiny ring from the Skulls collection, by Marta Oms, with a calligraphy note: “Till death, Charlie”, a special mention to Charles Baudelaire, and the quote that Felip Ariza had written in his illustration, closing the circle.

It was perfect! We enjoyed an awesome pink-purple sunset, and when we left the dune, it started to rain. We ran to our cars, and we bid farewell. It was a great day for everyone!”
