Fechamos esta incursão com o melhor desfile de todos: Marchesa Fall 2017.

Nem sei do que gosto mais, se da apresentação em si, num estúdio luminoso atravessado por raios de sol que iluminam as manequins pousadas pela sala, se da combinação dos acessórios e jóias com flores naturais, com um resultado absolutamente espectacular… Vejam as imagens do desfile, que foi épico!

Já o disse várias vezes por aqui: sou pouco sensível a vestidos de noiva (e vestidos em geral), mas fico absolutamente fascinada e em êxtase com a costrução e os materiais, com estas peças de arte feitas à mão, desenhadas, cortadas, construídas, costuradas com uma leveza e elegância absolutas. Ver de perto, tocar e vestir uma peça que passou por mãos talentosas, com amor e carinho, é o maior dos luxos!

Continuamos em passeio por Nova York, mais precisamente durante a Bridal Week e hoje temos o backstage grandioso de Monique Lhuillier, via The Lane.

O último é o meu favorito!

“While Monique Lhuillier will always cater for a more traditional bride than we do at The LANE, and this collection is more unabashedly feminine and sweet than we usually gravitate toward, we loved the hints of more ethereal pieces in simpler silhouettes that were included. Embroidery and beading woven over illusion fabric so delicately, they almost feel tatooed on a woman’s skin, and our favourite from the show… a romantic gown in botanical embroidery over featherweight tulle, a deeply cut neckline and winged sleeves falling off shoulders.”

Esta semana vamos andar a passear pelo backstage da New York Bridal Week, via The Lane… preparem-se para mergulhar num sonho branco feito de rendas, flores, bordados, tule e pedrarias, com imagens tão bonitas que quase tocamos nestes vestidos gloriosos.

Sintam-se maravilhadas e devidamente inspiradas, porque é mesmo disto que os sonhos são feitos!
