“We are all made of stars”, por Mónica Frías

Mónika Frías é uma videógrafa espanhola com o trabalho mais bonito. Já a acompanho há uns tempos largos, já mostrei aqui o seu trabalho e esta semana, quando vi o casamento de Ana + Marc, contactei-a a pedi-lo.

Se o talento não fosse suficiente, é também uma simpatia, reuniu as imagens do fotógrafo e ainda me contou como foi…

E que bonito que é tudo isto…

“I met Ana and Marc for the first time in Barcelona, and I instantly fell in love with them. You could see from the very first moment that their love was true and honest, it was real.
This was a wedding I was looking forward to attend for a whole year. They live together in London, but they decided to come back and get married in a beautiful Catalan “Masia” near Barcelona, surrounded by family and friends from all over the world.
I remember when I got the invitations for the wedding, they were different and so cute, with a constellation theme and the phrase “We all Are Made of Stars”: I instantly knew I also had a theme for the video.

 

The wedding day started with Marc (who is a hairstylist) doing his mom and his aunt’s hair in a salon he used to work when he lived in Barcelona, which I totally loved.
He was very relaxed but emotional, I remember looking at David (the photographer) and we both had that face of happiness, because we knew this day was going to be just beautiful and perfect.

 

Even the rain… Normally its a shame to plan an outdoor wedding and then noticing clouds all over, but what the hell… the show most go on, and that’s how it was: Ana walked through the aisle looking stunning in a beautiful Rosa Clará dress that fitted like a glove, and a minute later it started to rain, but we all stayed there, and the most emotional and beautiful ceremony was held under the light rain.

The wedding was very relaxed and full of beautiful moments. Great food was served by
